Born in Mexico City and raised in the Yucatan, Montse and her family moved first to California and then settled in South Florida, where she ultimately enrolled in flight school. Her first flight attendant position was with Miami Air and, over a ten-year flying career, Montse also flew with an international charter company flying with military contracts, major airlines and, finally, American Airlines before coming back down to earth.
With her feet back on the ground, she wanted a career that would allow her to continue working with the public in a customer service capacity, while building upon and improving those service skills. Now married, Montse and her husband, Ken, had relocated four times in twelve years before settling in Houston six years ago. Those experiences played into her decision to translate all she’d learned into a top producing career in real estate. Licensed as a Realtor since 2006, it turned out to be the perfect fit.
Montse ranks high in listening skills and feels that good communication is of the utmost importance. Making a true connection is very important and her clients understand that she can always be reached day or night, and will always do her best to keep them informed from their first meeting until closing.
Enthusiastic, pleasant and professional, Montse is compassionate, energetic and always willing to help. She is also ever eager to learn. So, while she is fluent in Spanish, she recently began studying Italian. When not showing and selling real estate, she loves walking in Discovery Green and along Allen Parkway and is a dedicated cook.
