How to Post/Approval

Post your non-mls listing under Buy/Sell. All posts will be reviewed and approved by an admin. Be sure to add photos, address, area, and description!

 

Non-MLS Listings Only

Any posts for listings that are in the MLS will be flagged and removed.

 

Private Listings

These listings must not be publicly marketed in any way- by the listing agent or any member of this group.

 

NAR Compliance

Non-MLS Listings must have Board form "Sellers Authorization to exclude Listing from MLS " signed by all parties and submitted.

 

Signed Agreement Required

All Listings on this page must be "For Sale" and have an executed Listing Agreement signed by all parties. A Buyer Representation Agreement must be signed by all parties before a listing is being shown.
