Cat 6 wiring – Agents are on the internet as much as they’re on the phone, if not more, so we also have Cat 6 wiring, which allows for faster internet speeds, more security and less interference!
Webcast-enabled conference rooms – We understand that agents have busy lives and ever-changing schedules, and therefore can’t be present for every live meeting or workshop. Therefore, our conference rooms are webcast-enabled, so agents can watch from anywhere, anytime!
Sound-masking technology – Open floor plans have increased in office space design, but productivity goes down when agents feel distracted from outside sounds and decreased privacy. We have sound masking technology in our centers! This reduces nearby human speech and sound distraction, leading to more productivity, privacy and comfort.
