Dozens of Keller Williams Realty – Memorial agents recently set aside their work for part of a day to deliver lunches to children of needy families in Houston’s Fifth Ward as part of the firm’s nationwide RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day.
Donning red t-shirts with the motto “Give Where You Live,” Keller Williams Realty – Memorial Realtors prepared fresh lunches and later delivered them to about 200 inner-city families as identified by the non-profit group, Kid’s Meals.
“Our annual involvement in RED Day not only addresses a community need, but it also builds camaraderie among our agents,” notes Michael Bossart, team leader for Keller Williams Realty – Memorial.
RED Day is a national Keller Williams Realty initiative designed to demonstrate its year-round commitment to improving local communities. Every year, tens of thousands of associates from across the United States and Canada participate in a wide range of projects geared to renew and energize local communities.
