I am pleased to be a Luxury Home Consultant and an exclusive member of Keller Williams® Realty’s Luxury Home division and the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing Specialists. To qualify for these designations, I needed to show, through actual home sales, that I am in the top 10 percent of sales associates for our market area. In fact, I’m in the top 1% of Harris County. Being that many of my clients work in senior and mid-level positions for many recognized names, such as ExxonMobil, HP, Shell, Weatherford, Conoco Phillips, Anadarko, BHP Billiton, Waste Management, and in addition to lesser-known emerging companies, I am pleased to be recognized for my track record of delivering exceptional service to my clients, and to the real estate agents I work with every day. I am accustomed to taking time to listen to my clients’ needs, wants and desires. I know my customers want to work with a real estate professional who knows how to serve the needs of the affluent. I realize my clients’ time is invaluable; they may need to travel during their house search or while the purchase is in escrow. Therefore, I am consistently looking for ways to leverage technology to improve the home selection process. Using an internet web browser, clients can view property photos, virtual tours, neighborhood attributes and demographic data from virtually anywhere in the world. Additionally, I can adapt my communication methods to be in alignment with my clients, whether it’s as simple as a telephone call and a fax machine document, to 24/7 email, text messaging, or “state-of-the-art” tools like “Skype” for video conferencing. I recognize buying or selling a home can be an emotional decision. No technology will replace a face-to-face meeting or an hour spent by the agent and the client viewing properties together. I am continually looking for ways to improve how I serve my clients. During our conversations and meetings, my aim is to learn as much subjective criteria as I can in order to assure that I can interpret the criteria that will cause you to say “Yes, this is the perfect house.” I also use these same interpersonal skills when preparing a house to be sold. Any agent can put a sign in front of a home, or place it on the Multiple Listing Service. How I take it to the next level is when I stage a home, write the marketing and collateral materials (which are designed to attract a specific buying segment), and use several other unique marketing tactics to increase interest. The analytic research involved in my marketing decision-making not only gets my seller clients top dollar, it usually results in sales within half the time of the average agent in Houston! Lastly, my clients tell me they want a REALTOR who has a mastery of local contracts so they’re well represented legally; thus insuring they receive a fair deal, not paying too much and at the same time not leaving money on the table. On this topic, I can assure you, backed up with multiple testimonials, I am an expert at my job, and I am consistently working to enhance my expertise through continuing education. At Keller Williams Metropolitan, we believe education never stops, and I am here to help make your home buying or selling experience as simple and care-free as possible. I know your time is valuable. Count on a true Real Estate Expert to guide you. I look forward to working with you; whether I am looking to help you purchase your first luxury home, moving up to that first estate, or selling your present Houston home.
