Janis Falcon

I am originally from Venezuela, with Colombian parents, and have been living in the United States for the past 15 years. I am entering my third year as a licensed real estate agent, with experience in residential sales. In addition, I own a remodeling company, which gives me a strong advantage when evaluating properties and renovation potential. I am currently focused on growing as an investor, actively working on fix-and-flip projects and helping others do the same. My next goal is to expand into the commercial real estate sector and continue building long-term wealth through smart investments.
