Lynn Juravich

Lynn Juravich brings enthusiasm and passion to Houston’s real estate community. As a transplanted Houstonian, he has grown up with Houston and can offer an insightful knowledge of the city based on first-hand experience. Work ethics are inherited. Lynn is the grandson of emigrants from Ukraine. Emigrated in 1912, his grandparents arrived aboard the Carpatia, one of the ships that rescued the Titanic, before settling in upstate New York. Lynn grew up in a dairy farming family, where you rise at 5:00 a.m., and worked until dusk, seven days a week. Some things never change. Real estate commands the same hours and love of the job if you want to be successful.

Lynn’s keen eye for detail is a useful tool in assisting sellers in preparation for the critical first impression when their home hits the market. With his skill and empathy, buyers can feel confident in their representation during the often arduous process of buying a home. Lynn uses negotiation strategies to help both parties to come to a mutually acceptable agreement.

Lynn lives by his standards including his faith, his family and his career. He is married to his sweetheart, originally from Torreon, Mexico. They have two sons. Lynn has coached soccer, volunteers at school and is active in his church. In addition to his love for real estate, Lynn enjoys traveling, reading and scuba diving.
