Wayne Landin

I have 43 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate business. I initially started my career as the landlord’s representative in downtown Houston and have worked as leasing/marketing manager in the major buildings including 1100 Milam, Tenneco Building, First City Tower, Wells Fargo Tower, Houston Center and in the suburban marketplace at Greenway Plaza. I have worked in the brokerage field with commercial companies including my own business which continues, Landin Interest, Inc. I have bought, sold and leased industrial properties, negotiated long term ground lease for industrial properties, acquired and disposed of land for industrial and retail development and investment properties, including multi-family. I have worked with a national developer acquiring sites for a national pharmacy chain and residential development. Additionally worked with banking institutions to market their REO and estate properties. I have become involved with a national group, The Society of Exchange Counselors, to market properties on a national level to brokers and owner/investors through creative problem solving and 1031 exchange transactions. I currently serve on the Board of Directors and held various offices for CREN and BACREN, two commercial real estate groups in the Houston area.
