About the event
In session 10, we discussed lead follow-up, communication with the purpose of opening the door to two-way communication. Today, we are talking about what happens next. Once you get a response from a lead, your goal is to convert that lead to an appointment. After lead generation, lead conversion is the most business-critical activity you need to master. If you don’t have appointments, you won’t have buyer or seller agreements. Without agreements, you cannot have any sales contracts.
