Geraldine Vasek

Unlike many, Geraldine joined the real estate industry after 5 years as an analyst for a commercial real estate broker.

Prior to real estate, Geraldine worked for 12 years as an Auditor, Business Underwriter  and Retail Manager at Wells Fargo Bank.

In the banking industry she learned the importance of quality assurance, responsibility, trust, and attentiveness to clients’ needs. With this background she is always prepared to provide the highest quality of service her clients.

Today Geraldine continues in pursuit of her passion for selling both commercial and residential real estate. Her exceptional skills, coupled with her extensive knowledge of lending, financial analysis, and real estate, make her the ideal choice when selecting a Realtor. 

The appreciation and respect she’s gained from colleagues and clients make her one of Houston’s most trusted and motivated Realtors.

Geraldine has been a member of the Global Advisory Group for the Houston Association of Realtors since 2012. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is a member of AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) and is a former panel member for investor presentations in Beijing (2016) and Argentina (2022).  As a Realtor she has collaborated with other CIPS members in Spain, Ireland, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Canada. She is a former chair member for Keller Williams International Group (2015) in which she remains an active member.

Geraldine raises the bar in luxury real estate and is equipped with the tools, resources, innovative marketing, and training which have brought her success in this niche. Her luxury certifications include ALHS, LUXE, and CLHMS, and she is a member and former chair of the Keller Williams Luxury Group.

Geraldine is also a member of the Keller Williams Commercial Energy Corridor Group which specializes in commercial land, multi-family properties, retail, and office space in the West Houston area. Additional designations/accreditations include ABR, E-Pro, SFR, NHC, MCNE, MCNE, and her active memberships include NAR, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors.”
