Jo Ramazzini

I’m Johanna Ramazzini, a Houston-based REALTOR® with the A to Z Real Estate Team at Keller Williams. My background is global—I grew up across the U.S., Venezuela, and Switzerland—so I understand firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges of moving. That perspective makes me especially equipped to support clients relocating to or from Houston, though I love working with buyers and sellers at any stage. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and French, which helps me connect across cultures and communicate clearly. I hold degrees in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs and French from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Before real estate, I worked in marketing, PR, and brand development—fields that sharpened my ability to position a product, tell a compelling story, and negotiate with strategy. I bring that same intentionality into every transaction. I’m known for being adaptable, driven, and solution-oriented. I ask the right questions, offer creative ideas, and advocate fiercely for my clients. Whether I’m building a custom marketing plan or guiding a buyer through a competitive offer, I lead with clarity, confidence, and care. Houston is a city I know and love deeply. I experienced it both as a child and as a professional returning with a global lens. It’s a place of opportunity and growth, and I’m proud to help others find their place in it.
