Jo Ramazzini

I'm Johanna Ramazzini, a Houston-based REALTOR® and proud member of the A to Z Real Estate Team at Keller Williams. My background is global. I grew up between Houston, Venezuela, and Switzerland and I bring that international perspective into every client relationship. Having relocated in and out of the U.S. myself, I understand firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges of starting fresh in a new city. That experience makes me uniquely equipped to guide clients relocating to or from Houston, but I also love working with buyers and sellers from all walks of life, no matter where they're starting from or where they hope to go. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and French, which allows me to communicate clearly with clients in the language they feel most comfortable using, and to collaborate effectively with other parties in the transaction when language or cultural nuance matters.

I graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and began my career in marketing, public relations, and brand development. That experience taught me how to position a product effectively, tell a compelling story, and negotiate with confidence skills I now apply directly to the real estate process. Whether it's crafting a custom marketing plan for a listing or guiding a buyer through competitive offers, I approach each transaction with strategy and intention.

What sets me apart is my ability to think critically and act decisively while maintaining a client-first mindset. I'm known for being adaptable, driven, and relentlessly solution-oriented. I'm not afraid to ask the hard questions, present the unexpected idea, or advocate fiercely on behalf of my clients.

Houston is a city I know deeply and love completely. I experienced it both as a child and as a professional returning with a global lens. It's a place of opportunity, diversity, and growth, and I'm proud to help others find their space in it.
