Lily Jang

As a refugee from Vietnam, I yearned for a sense of security and stability. I’ve been in transition my entire life, from leaving Saigon, to following my career as a News Anchor across the country, to coming back home to Houston. Finding the right home is the biggest emotional purchase of our lives. I know, because I’ve done it in different cities, and I understand how tough this decision can be. My roots came full circle, and I am grateful to be firmly planted here. I’m finally back in Houston, and I will help you find a place around town where you, too, can call home.I was a Broadcast Journalist for 21 years, most recently as a Morning News Anchor at KHOU-TV, the CBS affiliate in Houston. In February, I was blessed with the opportunity to travel back to my homeland of Vietnam as a Reporter and Producer to document my own American Dream, and to tell amazing stories of other Houstonians who call Saigon home. This series airs on Houston Public Media in September. I’ve been telling stories for a long time… and a *home* is where everybody’s story begins. I’ve had the privilege to live my American Dream in ways I never imagined. It would be my honor to help you with yours.
