Rafael Pardo

Rafael is the Director of Operations and Digital Marketing Manager of the Houston Broker Team. Rafael has an engineering degree and 13 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He joined the Houston Broker Team in January 2021 to assist the agents optimize and standardize their execution. In 2022 Rafael obtained a Digital Marketing certificate from Rice University. Using the knowledge acquired, Rafael assists the Houston Broker Team agents market the properties for sale through different digital channels including social media, paid ads and the website. Rafael is fluent in English and Spanish. He has been a member of the Vistage executive coaching program since April 2022 and is currently on the Advancing Leader Program. He also designed and custom built a house in Houston. As Director of Operations Rafael’s primary focus is to ensure the team’s agent execution adheres to the highest standard for optimal outcomes and customer satisfaction.
