Then one day I needed a new place to move and I needed help. Houston is so big so I called a real estate agent and after talking with her–She suggested I get my real estate license said I would be a natural. That was 1995. I got my license. I quit my job with the state in 1996. I gave myself 5 years to make it as a Realtor. I never went back and I have had a ball doing what I do–Helping people find their homes. Rent or purchase I help my clients find the home they want. Like my name, I want to help my clients “Roland” to the home of their dreams.
